"Excellent... with one niggle!"

I had an evening operation so had a one night stay. All aspects were well organised and I felt that I was well cared for and looked after by the attentive staff. Everything happened as I was told it would. The one minor niggle was that the room was far too hot. Even though the nurse turned off the radiator and turned the air conditioning fan on the temperature remained far too high. I ended up laying on top of the bed in just a hospital gown. There was a window that I managed to open a few inches to get a little cool, fresh air.
