Feb 2014: My relative was in Ward 2 and it was immaculately clean. There was a lady and a man cleaning constantly and the ward is a credit to them. It also smelt fresh always. Also a particular nurse was excellent in his care of my mother-in-law. No complaints. If I had to nip pick then I'd say the room was cold - elderly people should have constant warmth as they are lying in bed not moving around and also the place is a bit dreary but this is not the fault of the staff, just the hospital itself.
