"Cataract eye surgery"

My first eye I had cataract removed from went very smooth. Very surprised at how quick I was in and out and could not fault the service provided. A month later I had my second eye done. I felt very relaxed as the first procedure was completed very successfully with no pain or discomfort. However, this time from start to finish I felt everything. I was so traumatised my head sunk into the chair, I could not move or shout out for the shock. I felt everything from them slicing my eye to stick needles in my eye to putting bands around my eye ball. I have never in my life felt anything like this. I can only describe it as that in a horror film. Still to this day I have nightmares and even after complaining to be told on the second visit them forgetting to put eye drops in my eye again I was told I made the nurse feel anxious. Can not believe they try blaming myself. I can not believe a company like this are still practicing. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
