"Thank you"

I received a follow up letter after my smear test saying I needed to come in to QA. I rang up the ward and they were able to give me an appointment in 24hours! The staff member then gave me exact instructions of how to find my way to the department without me having to ask which was a really helpful service! When I came in, they called me into the room right on time - no waiting. The staff were helpful and friendly and made the whole experience really easy. Unfortunately, because I was flying on a plane the next day I couldn't have the treatment so I had to book another appointment with reception on the way out. 2nd time I came in, I received exactly the same great service. Again, I was called into the room right on time. The nurses chatted to me throughout the 15min treatment to keep my mind off the procedure - some of them even remembered me from the 1st visit which was really nice too! I never usually leave feedback but I just had to say a big thank you to all the staff in particular the nurses for the excellent service!
