I would like to say thank you to the lady who answered the phone, she was really polite and sympathetic and advised me about out of hours emergencies to call nhs direct line as I could not attend today if the pain got worse. She clearly explained tickets are on a first come first basis monday to friday. Thank you...once again

Thank you for your feedback which will be shared with call handlers within the Hospital. I am pleased you were provided with the advice and information you required about how to organise care & treatment should the pain increase. As you were advised, there are a limited number of tickets available each day (Monday to Friday) and patients are asked to contact their own dentist or NHS Direct if there are insufficient tickets available for the number of patients who attend.
