I have been trying to contact the Dental Dept for three days. 1st day 2.3 hours, 2 nd day 3.3 hours and today Friday 35mins. The only way I can contact them is to phone PALS and ask them to take a message---Well done them. Considering the Tel No is an 0845 number I hope the Hospital is happy with the money I have been charged for phone calls. It would have been cheaper to get a taxi the twenty mile round trip and cancel in person. Not happy
