"Minor Injuries Unit"

About: St Austell Community Hospital

I have had a minor injury which has caused a bit of concern and I have been amazed by the care compassion and skill that I have received on my 3 visits to date. I feel that I am in very safe hands. It has given me a renewed respect for the NHS as this has been lost a bit since experiencing some rather abrupt and pompous behaviour from a docter at a local surgery with no interest in engaging with me or indeed looking at my previous history. I was also treated for an emergency 2 years ago and once again was dealt with very professionally and in a very caring manner by an on call docter and received great follow uo service from the main hospital in Truro.
