My terminally ill and confused elderly mother with a lot of health issues was cared for well on ward 14, the week before she died. The sister was so kind and empathetic. The palliative team were good. Staff were kind, even those bringing round food and drinks, it was a team effort. They were busy of course (it is a surgical ward) but all credit to them, they really cared for my dear mom. The staff in the bereavement office also were kind, I didn't feel like a number to them. Thank you all.
"Ward 14 were super"
