"not good at all in minor injuries"

I took my elderly mother into minor injuries a few days ago and the nurse who eventually called us in, was very slovemly looking with lank hair. I appreciate d that she may have been tired but was disgusted when she started coughing...hacking more like and did not once cover her mouth! She was rude and told me I should not have brought my mother into minor injuries unit because of my mothers age. Then in the middle of treating my mother for a head injury, her mobile phone rang and she took it out yo answer, no regard four me and my mother, and spoken in it for about ten mins! When I pointed out that we were in there to treat my mother, she said to me " you can go if you like, no one is forcing you to stay', I shall never ever go in there again while that very rude nurse is working there,
