We are delighted to read that you were very satisfied with your treatment at The Horder Centre and can only apologise that you did not receive your post discharge phone call. Our process is to call all patients within 48 hours of discharge however the Centre did close over the Christmas period so this may have affected our processes. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any concerns.
