"Rude and unhelpful "nurses""

I attended the ACAD pre assessment unit and the nurses there were the worst I have ever come across. When we arrived they were all to busy to even offer to help. They weren't busy doing there job, they were busy talking about there weekend! They were not bothered at all about my partner and I waiting at the desk. The general attitude of these so called "nurses" was absolutely horrible. The nurse who was going through important paperwork was playing music on her phone throughout the process! I haven't had my surgery yet but right from the beginning to confirming my pre op and the actual pre op has been horrendous. Even the receptionist's on the phone to arrange my pre assessment were so rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want rude and unprofessional staff.
