I recently attended the endoscopy unit and I felt compelled to write to say how impressed I was with the whole process right the way through from reception to discharge. Without exception the staff were fantastic, consistently treating me with sensitivity and dignity in a potentially stressful procedure. Everywhere seemed spotlessly clean, everything was explained very clearly, options were discussed openly and the level of care was outstanding. I can't praise the whole team highly enough for the level of care and professional treatment I received.

Dear "Anonymous" Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know. Endoscopy can be a very personal, stressful or anxious procedure so it is wonderful to hear how the team reassured you and I hope this will reassure others also facing this procedure. I have written your comment onto a Thank You card so that I, or another member of the Board and Executive Team, can share your feedback in person with the Endoscopy Team so that they are aware how much their sensitivity and care has been valued by you.
