The initial x-ray waiting time in the waiting area was only 15 minutes and x-ray took only a few minutes. The person that carried out the x-ray was very courteous and patient.
The follow-up appointment and assessment was carried with great expertise, the x-ray was shown to me on a computer screen which was much clearer than they pictures which I have previously seen.
The fault with my knee was pointed out and explained to me so was the necessary treatment.
Overall I was satisfied with the way I was treated, this appointment took about ¾ hour in total.
