About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

In April the opticians wrote to my doctors saying that I had cataracts in both eyes. I had a phone call from TRAQS to ask where I would like to have it done. Then in August I went to see about having them done.

I received an appointment for the operation on the right eye in September which had to be cancelled because a failure in machinery. Then I got another appointment in October which I had it done back in December to have it checked.

In January TRAQS phoned to say there was a cancellation which I took to have the left eye done in February I went back to have it checked.

I was very happy with everything and glad to have my eye sight back. Everybody was very helpful and kind.
