Some of the A&E Staff

What could be improved

The WC in MAU, I found black mould on the walls, and a very bad smell in the ward, together with blood stained curtains on my bay. My partner was treated like a visitor.

Anything else?

My Partner had to wait in A&E family area, even when I was asking for him, I was not informed he was waiting.

Thank you for your comments they have been passed onto the department and ward concerned.

With regard to your experience of the ward, we would encourage anyone who sees something unacceptable to speak to the staff on the ward at the time, so that they have the opportunity to resolve it.
