"12 year old in A & E"

We needed to bring our son to A &E yesterday. We live in South London so have not needed to use this hospital before. From the lady on reception at the entrance, through admission and treatment from a doctor, triage nurse and other colleagues who diagnosed his (thankfully) minor injury, service was second to none. The visit ended with a visit to the shop run by the Friends of the hospital, where again the staff were really friendly and made a real difference to what could have been a difficult afternoon.
