"The service was quick and easy"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I visited my GP regarding a leg complaint. All serious or treatable by the GP conditions were ruled out, so I was told I would be referred for physio.

I didn’t know what TRAQS was until they contacted me to book an appointment. The service was quick and easy. I had to call back to change my appointment option and it wasn’t a problem to change it.

I received written confirmation a few days later which was details but easy to follow.

Overall – very satisfied with service.

Thank you for your feedback.

Please accept my apologies that you were not informed by your GP that your referral would be sent to and managed by TRAQS. There is a TRAQS patient’s leaflet, which is available to be handed by all GP Practices/GPs. Each patient who is referred by their GP should be given one of these leaflets which explains the service, the steps in the process and contains contact telephone numbers within TRAQS should you wish to discuss your appointment. If you would like to contact TRAQS directly on 01952 580441, we can arrange for a TRAQS leaflet to be sent to you.

However, it is pleasing to note that the service you did receive from TRAQS was of a high standard and that the service you received exceed your expectations.
