On the 30th March 2014, i visited the GWH A&E department as i was suffering chest pains and shortness of breath. From the time of my registration within the A&E department to subsequents stays on Lamu, Mercury, ACU and treatment within the Cardiac Cath Lab, both my wife and I were treated with utter respect, kindness, care and kept informed of all ongoing test and results. This goes across the board from every member of staff we came in contact with. What was a traumatic time for me and my family was made more bearable by the consideration and professionalism shown by everybody. I would also like to commend the GWH on it's cleanliness throughout and quality of food provided during my 6 day stay. There are so many people that I would like to thank personaly, but, i'm sure I would inadvertently forget somebody, so, please pass on to everybody within all departments, including, catering and housekeeping for such sterling work and just how grateful we are for everything!
"Outstanding care A&E/LAMU/Murcury/ ACU/Cardiac..."
