Every member of Staff I have had to see within this Clinic have been wonderful. I am extremely hard of hearing and short-sighted and they have shown me respect and given my all the time I need. Without doubt they have treated me as a Human Being and not a 'number'. Thankyou

Dear Sir / Madam, I was so pleased to hear that you were delighted with all aspects of your care and that you felt respected as an individual and included appropriately in all aspects of your care.
