"lack of care"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

after a very traumatic birth & discharged home with a sick baby. my daughter phoned kent ward for help when her baby stopped breathing .to be turned away & told to go to a&e.then kept waiting for 2 hours in a&e, with a very ill baby. nobody at medway hospital cared.what's the point of giving you help line information when you just turn them away .useless
