"Women's Centre Appointment"

I attended the Women's Centre on 27/03/2014 for a hysteroscopy. I was very apprehensive. The receptionist, both nurses, and the gynaecologist were calm, kind and reassuring, in fact they were excellent in every way, and I felt safe and well cared for throughout the appointment. Everything was fully explained before, during and after the procedure. Would thoroughly recommend this department.

Thank you for taking the time to say that you had such a positive experience of NHS care.

I don't think that the service you refer is provided by Sussex Community NHS Trust. I think that perhaps it's Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust? But it's a good reflection of the NHS in general.

A number of NHS organisations provide care at Crawley Hospital and it sounds like in this case that your care was provided by a Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) rather than by Sussex Community NHS Trust. But it's a good reflection of the NHS in general, and I'm pleased to read that you were satisfied with the care you received.
