Very impressed with all members of staff ( receptionist, clinic nurse, mammogram staff, ultrasound staff, consultant, clinic doctor and attending nurse). All very professional, respectful and courteous and made an obviously nerve-wracking appointment much easier to handle. Easy to book appointment on line (2 week wait) and whole process took just over an hour. Grateful that all necessary tests were carried out at same appointment and clear information was given throughout visit. Only slight criticism is that the reception in X-ray department isn't very private or confidential so that other patients in waiting area could clearly overhear receptionist giving directions to breast screening clinic - this wasn't receptionist's fault in any way as she was vey courteous and efficient - it was to do with the layout off the reception area. If I had to recommend service to someone else, I would be able to reassure them that they would receive excellent care.
