"Long waiting times on the phone"

I absolutely agree with the person above who commented on the nightmarish experience when trying to sort out an antenatal appointment. I am at this moment on the phone trying to book an appointment after already 50 mins of waiting. The only other time I had to book on tbe phone I also waited an hour and a half only to be redirected and waiting for another hour whilst trying to deal with a screaming toddler. It is beyond ridiculous. I had a good experience with my first born in 2011 but things have deteriorated. With this second pregnancy I am having problems and therefore transferring myself to West Middlesex which is nearer to me. The waiting times on the phone for Queen Charlotte are making my decision pretty easy to take as the long drive I was taking to go to Queen Charlotte is really not worthed. The complaints department can simply try to call like a normal patient and realise exactly what I am talking about.
