"Incompetence"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

A wasted journey to the QE today as well as paying the ridiculous £2.50 parking. Sent by a consultant for an appointment which the staff on duty knew little about and then said they couldn't do anything. A total waste of time and money.
