"Dental outpatients"

Had an appointment for a procedure at 9.45. Sat with other patients, some of whom were told their notes were missing - very unprofessional. No apologies were made or explanations. After an hour I asked to speak to a senior member of the team. I was then told my notes were missing. I should have been told but I was "overlooked". No apologies were made by reception staff/ Found the whole experience unacceptable, unprofessional and rude. I have asked for a meeting with senior management to discuss their procedures
