I found her to be rude and sharp so early in the morning She should leave her own problems at the door I was shacking when giving her my form she watched Until I dropped it saying sorry she rolled her eyes Then took my form to the back office laughed with Colleagues. If she showed as much efforts to speak with Members of the public and not about the repairs Needed in her house or her headache. The fact is She works with a very delicate area of health An should show more of a friendly approach less jokes With colleagues an more customer focused. A lady arrived late she then said loudly half an hour late With attitude laughing she is the kind of person who Makes people get angry.
