What I liked

intial out patient was goood, but rest of the appt were changed so many times due to no consultant available. i am still awaiting treatments as my appt has been changed.

i think the intial appt was just to meet the target, after that , the hospital didn't care

What could be improved

keep to appt time as prescribed by the consultant and at the interval requested by the consultant, instead the appt being stretched longer and longer
