"ICU"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

I visited a family member who in the ICU on Saturday 29/03/2014. I was shocked at how rude some of the staff were ! Think some of them think they can talk to visitors like they are dirt ! The way my family are being treated is disgusting and to say its ICU they have no feeling to how my family are feeling ! There no communication between Dr and and next of kin ! My family are very distraught with the way they are being treated and more to the point they feel like they are been victimised ! Thank god I don't have use of this hospital with staff with bad attitude! But my family are told to leave at 7pm !! It's the only hospital I know that had visiting times! All ICU I know is 24/7! Arrowe park really need to jack up a little !!
