"Disappointing MRI"

I attended early for an MRI.on Tues 1st April. Checked in at main reception & again at imaging. Down to MRI waiting room, but sat down having not seen from where i sat,the "Ring bell" notice, Waited ages, no one who wandered through asked my name. When I did ring I was addressed rather curtly. So 1 hr later,, I was gowned up & given choice of music. Not warned at all as to what would happen ,of the noise, or length of time it would take. The music ran out before the tests ended. Back to cubicle to change into clothes, to find a man in there!!. Up stairs again to pick up CD. Very efficient & quick.there.
