"Excellent"

I have regular outpatient clinic appointments in several different clinics,and have been admitted many times for surgery and ongoing care, usually on Ward M5. All staff responsible for my care have been fantastic, both on the wards and in clinics. Clinics often run late, but I would rather wait past my appointment time than feel that I have been rushed or hurried by a consultant trying to catch up. And every time I have been admitted, the overall impression is that the staff really care and are doing their absolute best for me. After a recent stay in ICU when I was extremely ill,I was given the opportunity later, along with my parents, to look round the ICU and meet the staff who had cared for me when I was critical. I can honestly say that this is a fantastic hospital, and I for one would not wish to be treated in any other hospital. Thank you for everything that you have done for me, and continue to do.
