I had carpel tunnel surgery as an outpatient and I have to say the whole experience was excellent . If this is an example of the NHS at work then forget all the negative press , it was brilliant. From the time I walked in until I left I could not find a single fault. All the team were exceptional. They put me at ease , gave me good explanations of the procedure , and carried out the surgery quickly and efficiently.
