I left a review a couple of days ago. i was suprised how quick i got a response. i emailed the person that replied to my review. i was suprised when she rang me back and we was able to talk through the issuse i had problems with. hopefully these issuse wont arise again. i would like to say that i am happy with most aspects of care at the hospital. my consultant is a caring person. we havent always seen eye to eye but at last i am now on the waiting list to have my partial or total knee replacement. his secatary is also very niice. she tries to help me when i have phoned or emailed her. a big thank you to the person that emailed and phoned me on my last review. thank you so much
