"Indifferent and aggressive attitude of staff to..."

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

I attended the accident and emergency unit today with suspected broken/bruised ribs, the attitude of the triage nurse caused me to leave without further intervention as I was in so much pain and couldn't take her overbearing and aggressive attitude towards me. As I was waiting for my husband to give my details to the receptionist I heard a lady say, " well she wasn't very interested" to her father as she came out of the triage nurse's office.
