"my stay in hospital"

i have been in other hospitals before and not had such great treatment as i received here.Many years ago i had a knee operation which did not go well. So i came here very anxious but in a lot of pain and needing help. I was given lots of info,help and reassurance. All the staff were always helpful and efficient, and friendly! also very impressed by the very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. The one thing i cannot thank you enough for is taking away my fear of coming into hospital!!!!
