I have been waiting for a month as the letter said for some physiotherapy, I turned up on friday 3.15 p.M. For my appoinment booked in and 50 minutes later they came out and said you have been double booked ! And there is no record of your appointment, so now I have to wait another week and lose more time off work.Absoutley disgusting if I was late I would be charged for missing the appointment.
