What I liked

Our daughter disclocated her shoulder and we couldn't move her. We called an ambulance and from the moment the paramedics came in our home to the moment she was treated, we were treated with respect and friendliness. Every one did their job with speed and efficiency and mosre importantly reducing our daughter's pain was the prioirty for everyone. What would we do without our amazing teams in the NHS! Well done Luton and Dunstable PCT - your staff have made you proud.

What could be improved

The area in the Trauma section had a scruffy and untidy floor.
