An unscheduled emergency visit to these two Units has left me with a profound sense of respect and hope for an NHS with staff like the good people who dealt with me during my time there. Such professionalism and excellent care from all involved and so much kindness too. My heartfelt thanks you to all staff who may remember me. Wally Brown
