About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road)

Overall medical staff were wonderful. Ancillary staff i,e,receptionist at clinic 11 very rude and curt. Receptionist arrived late for work and took it out on patients. A lot of staff are difficult to communiate with one mail nurse got annoyed with me because I could not understand his accent System of waiting in corridors and being called by staff who are difficult to understand needs refining. When finally got to see Doctor and Consultant things were fine. Bearing in mind clinic 11 is dealing with Oncology I feel more careing is required by some staff
