About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

I saw 3 medical staff plus the consultant. 1 of the medical staff was condescending and rude- I am old not deaf or simple- she shouted rather than spoke, was abrupt and talked about me rather than to me. It made me feel very worthless. I understand that staff see a lot of patients but we are people not numbers The other 2 staff and the consultant were fine

We do encourage staff to learn from valuable feedback, often they are unaware of the impact they have on people, and feedback can be very powerful way of changing attitudes.
