About: Ealing Hospital

I was at the a&e on 18-03-14. i arrived at the reception at about 3pm ish and was greeted by reception. i then was seen by a lovely nurse who brought me to the majors area. as i sat on a chair i couldnt help but notice that the staff were stressed. i felt very sorry for 2 members of staff as they were shouted at continusly by a very rude man - possibly the boss of some sort? this man was constantly making sly remarks not only to staff but to patients too. using foul language and ordering people around. this did not look nice and im sure the staff were all doing there best. maybe ealing should hire people with less attitudes and nicer ways of speaking to staff. it was not a nice thing to see from a patients view.
