"right name, but other patients info in letter "

My daughter had diabetes test january. We received a letter with the result. It had her name on the letter but somone else medical information. I thought it was disgusting.

I apologise for the error in the information you have received but without more detail it is difficult to ascertain what went wrong and how it can be rectified. The Trust takes patient confidentiality extremely seriously and breaches are very rare.
