Just a quick few lines to say that I have been using your services every six months or so for the last six or seven years and cannot recall having to wait more than one hour. This morning I arrived about 07:15 (for your 07:30 start) and was tenth in the queue, I was attended to at 07:50 and had returned home by 08:15. The unit was staffed by three very charming courteous nurses who made surrendering my blood almost a pleasure! Thank you all for your kindness and keep up the great work.
