Yesterday I attended York hospital for an Ultrasound and Cystoscopy in the Urology Day Unit at York Hospital and was very impressed by the level of courtesy and kindness shown by all staff including health care assistants and nurses. The procedures were thoroughly explained in a friendly manner and staff gave me immense confidence in their capabilities and concern for me as an individual. I would highly recommend this hospital and its staff.
