"Very Short Wait"

I have been refered to Pain Management recently and have found the waiting time are amaizingly short I spoke to a member of staff in appointments and had a cancelation within a week, saw the consultant on the Friday and was in Hospital on the next Wednesday having my epidural zero complaints from me Maybe the people who use this service need to remember that its a free service and there any many others with more serious issues than ours, but saying that a kind word and some respect paid to the admin staff goes a long way as is paying respect to the Doctors too
