"Poor Communication Process"

I attended this walk in clinic on Saturday 29th March for my daughter we arrived at 11.00am. We were told there would be a 90 min wait. During this time we took our seats in the waitng room. The 90 min wait turned into a 4 hour wait as it was so busy, whilst this was not good I understand the reasons why this happens. But as a result of the way the display boards are positioned withihn the waiting room area I myself who was not ill on Saturday, have now developed 'whip lash' like symptoms because of having to turn around to look at the name board for 4 hours. Today (Tuesday) I have lost most of the movement in my neck and shoulders because of this and I now need to pay for treatment to sort this out. Please can someone look into this the name board only beeps and does not call out the name of the person who is next to go in. So we have NO choice but to keep turning and looking at the board to make sure we do not miss our spot. Another question what if you are a person with poor sight or cannot read how would you know when it is your turn to go in? Please arrange to position the display boards so that they are visiable for all users sitting in all areas of the waiting room or install audio prompts that call out the name of the next person due to go and see the doctor/nurse.
