"Lack of communication skills"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

My father requested Chase Farm for the Dermatology because of being under their Hematology Dept, which we can not rate highly enough, with Dermatology it's the opposite. The doctor did not look at the notes properly, speak directly to me or my father- they were speaking into a data recorder- or explain that they were sending my father for a biopsy. The first we heard of that was in a phone call from Barnet Hospital Admin, they were quite rude when I asked "What biopsy?" and kept going on about taking my father off the list for treatment if he didn't accept the appointment. The doctor did ask what hospital my father would prefer treatement at we said Chase Farm, so don't understand why we are now facing a three bus trip to Barnet General!
