I went for my blood test today. It alarmed me and others that despite the department due to open at 08.30am, staff were still turning up at 08.35! They didn't open until 08.45am. If this was my work I would have had a warning. I thought hospitals were cleaning there act up. A good start would be to get your staff to arrive on time and open on time. The staff were polite once I got in there though.

Thank you for the comment and for bringing to our attention that the service was not open at the stated time on the day you visited. It is imperative that opening times are adhered to and I will reinforce this to the staff. Sue Russell Head Biomedical Scientist
