About: Clifton Hospital

took my friend to xray depar tment 1st april at 11-30 thought it was an april fools day joke at reception there is a poster telling people to put there forms etc under the window and to sit down and wait fair enough but even though the sign was very easy to read it really should have been put directly over the slot , because the lady behind the screen was very very rude when anyone tried to get any info what so ever maybe it wasn't her job to give any help so I would suggest she is moved away from the window or the poster is used to hide her from view so no one else has to be abused by her

Gerry,

Thank you for sharing information about your recent visit to the x-ray department at Clifton Hospital.

I apologise that your experience of our Clifton x-ray department was not as we would hope. I will make contact with the department and suggest that the poster is relocated to the area where you put your x-ray cards. I will also ensure that your comments about the member of staff are passed to the departmental manager for further investigation.

Your feedback is vital in helping us to make positive changes to the way that our Hospitals run, so thank you very much for your posting.

With best wishes for the future,

Paul Jebb

Assistant Director of Nursing (Patient Experience)
