"Rude reception staff"

About: Central Middlesex Hospital

When I arrived and went to reception, ladies in there were busy with talking to each other and laughing. When I asked if someone can help me I heard "wait". Then I was asked what is the problem. When I explained I have headache for over a day and keep vomiting and feel generally unwell. I just heard I should take paracetamol. I explained I did take painkillers several times, then the lady said it's probably migraine and I should sort it out with my gp, cause doctor won't see me. It was Sunday, I almost beg her for letting me see a doctor. She did. At least doctor treated me with respect.
