Dear Sir/madam Thank you for taking the time to post this message. We apologise for the frustration that you evidently experienced today when visiting Carlisle Infirmary. This is very understandable. The Trust acknowledges the current difficulties with car parking and is currently working through an option appraisal to extend the volume of spaces as a priority. We hope that future improvements in car parking will lead to a more satisfactory experience while visiting the hospital . With best wishes Alison
